The Resilience Pro App is a free application that allows users from all over the world to access high-quality training programs. The training programs are aimed at both professional and amateur football players who which to improve their technique, speed, fitness, and overall performance. The programs are carefully planned and delivered by professional trainer Lulo Villafañe, who trained successful players like Esteban Burgos in the Spanish Professional League.
The app consists of a programs section. The programs section is where all the workouts are located. The user can open any workout he or she wishes since all of them are free. Each workout contains all the exercises for the day, divided into many blocks (usually 6 blocks each workout). The exercises have a preview where the user can see the image, reps, and rest of each particular exercise. If the user taps in any of them, the exercise will open in a sheet and a video of how it should be executed will open. In this section, the user can see the video, the difficulty, and the description of how the exercise should be done.
